Product Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of adult products, Adult Toys Mania cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any items once the order has been shipped. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the health and safety of all our valued customers and adheres to hygiene regulations.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact Adult Toys Mania within 5 days of delivery at info@adulttoysmania.com.au or call us on 0435 162 070. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or repair.
Please note:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence will not be covered under our warranty.
- We recommend checking batteries and proper insertion before assuming a product is faulty.
Warranty
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product information for details. If your product is faulty within the warranty period, Adult Toys Mania will assist you with the warranty claim process.
Quality Assurance
Adult Toys Mania takes product quality and safety very seriously. Every sex toy is hygienically checked for functionality and overall quality before shipping. This minimizes the inconvenience of receiving faulty goods. Our quality control process includes:

Shipping Information
Shipping Confirmation
Upon dispatch of your order, it will take 1-2 business days to dispatch the order from the warehouse. Generally it take 4-5 business days to be delivered in Metro Area and extra days in Regional area.
Incorrect Address
Adult Toys Mania cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address and the customer wishes to have it reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the parcel to the correct address via Australia Post.
Returned Parcels
For parcels returned to Adult Toys Mania due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed after being taken to a post office, the following applies if the customer wishes for the parcel to be reshipped:
- Shipping fees: We will advise you of the shipping cost, which may be higher than the original shipping fees as we sometimes subsidize shipping costs.
- Return to sender fee: You will also be responsible for the “return to sender” fee charged by Australia Post.
Payment for these charges must be made within 7 days of being requested by Adult Toys Mania. Otherwise, a refund will be processed subject to the following deductions:
- Any original shipping charges paid by the customer.
- If no original shipping charges were paid, the actual shipping cost will be deducted for resending the parcel.
- The “return to sender” fee charged by Australia Post.
Shipping Instructions and Authority to Leave
Customers can include relevant shipping instructions in the Order Comments section at checkout. This includes granting “Authority to Leave” the parcel if no one is home. Please be specific about where the parcel should be left.
Here are some important notes regarding Authority to Leave:
- If you grant Authority to Leave but don’t specify a location, the delivery carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place if available.
- We will pass on your instructions, but the delivery person has the final say regarding delivery and whether or not to leave a parcel.
- Adult Toys Mania accepts no responsibility for the safety of parcels left at your premises, with or without Authority to Leave.
